Refund Policy

At ezyfurniture we want you to be satisfied with your purchase.

If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, we will credit your purchase towards the cost of another item within 7 days of receipt providing original product is in "as new" condition.

A monetary refund is available where:

The product is materially faulty through no fault of your own; or

The product does not match the description of your order

Note that as some of our assembled furniture is hand made there may be slight imperfections in quality which are not deemed "materially faulty" for the purposes of the above definition.

All our products have a standard 12 month warranty on material defects from the date of purchase. Just retain your receipt for proof of purchase. If an identical item is not available, we will, where possible offer to substitute a similar product.
