Freight
Deliveries within 30 Kms of your nearest Ezyfurniture store are FREE in respect of on-line purchases only.
Freight charges apply for all deliveries beyond 30 Km of your nearest Ezyfurniture store.
We currently only deliver to Tasmania and its Islands. However, we are happy to organise delivery outside Tasmania with your organised freight forwarder if you provide us details.
Delivery of on-line ordered items is guaranteed within 5 working days in respect of all “available” lines as identified in the shopping cart.
If an “available” product is for some reason unable to be delivered, we will contact you to advise when the product will be available and take a Raincheck on that item for you.
At Ezyfurniture, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase.
If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, we will credit your purchase towards the cost of another item providing original product is returned to our store in “as new” condition within 7 days of purchase.
All our products have a standard 12 month warranty on material product defects from the date of purchase. Just retain your receipt for proof of purchase. If an identical item is not available to replace a defective item, we will attempt to substitute a similar product or otherwise offer a refund.
Note that as much of our product is hand made some natural minor imperfections exist in some lines that would not constitute a "material" defect.
